Only Tekken games I played are 2 and 3 back when they first came out on the PSX.

Been playing Tekken games since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and followed them all the way. I assume Namco are doing the usual: arcades and PS3 only? Unfortunately it seems this will be the first one I can't play

End of a very long relationship...I still remember all my 13 hit combos with Law and multi-throws with King...

Only Tekken game that I would ever buy anymore is Tekken 2. Was my favorite, and everything after that is just bleh to me.

I have never played a splinter cell game before so I am not a splinter cell fan and I am getting conviction because I actually think it looks like a good game. No the answer is not "this guy". I do not feed any franchises but tekken and that's because they are always good. I do not buy games if I think they are going to be crap and this one looks just as good as the last. If the tekken games started going down hill I would stop buying them. But guess what? They are not.

It's one of the few fighting series I like. But I still won't buy it because there's other stuff I like more coming out.

I think my bro is getting so I'll check it out but i'm not that bothered. Tekken is overall a good franchise IMO and considering how bad I am at fighting games I'm amazed I can even play it but tekken hasn't been the same since the highs of 2, 3 and tag.

Tekken 2 was alright. Not really a fan of the air juggle or most of the fighters, or the fact the chain combo that requires no timing, or the button mashing, or whatever, so that was the last one I played. Tekken 3 looked to be better, but I never did get it.

I have no idea what the game even looks like. I haven't seen a screenshot of anything past 3

this game is a lot of fun. some people will be able to mash out juggles but they're usually pretty weak, if you actually use timing and the bounce system well you can put all the right moves together to really dish out the pain.

I just started the scenario mode. Its going to take a while to get used to. The intro was awesome with all the previous tekkens but I hate the fact its cutscene heavy.
