soi i have a PERl mobo 865i mobo from intel, and it keeps saying my system zone 2 is over heating, the max it says is 122 f. now intel has not reponded to me 3 times, so im asking u guys. btw the way, it only heats up if i exit/retart a game 2-3 times, like a glitched cs or ns where the screen is black or blah blah blah

whats yer specs
are you overclocking
how many fans do you have

are all fans running in your computer ? are there any heatsinks filled with dust ?

I suggest you unplug the power of your computer and clean all heatsinks and fans. use q-tips for the fans, if you use a vacuum cleaner make sure you don't touch any components with it, and don't let the fans spin like crazy; hold them while cleaning (I know the vacuum cleaner makes them sound like a jet engine. really cool, but it may break them)

If everything is clean, and all fans run like they are supposed to, there may be a sensor malfunction on the mainboard. nothing to do about that, except getting a new board.

or just dont care and keep on playing... or just get a temp sencor

no reason to get a new mobo.
