Getting it to work
You will need a DOS emulator if you have win2k/xp. ctrl+f12 ups cpu cycles in DOSbox to make it run faster. Set music to "general midi ot mpu-401" so it doesn't die when you turn up cpu cycles. The rest of setup info is included.
EDIT:
heres a shortcut i made for DOSbox to launch arena assuming you have arena installed to "c:\program files\arena" and DOSbox installed to c:\program files\Dosbox
