Text Ticker Mod for CS:S?

I'm looking for a Text Ticket Mod that will display text on the bottom of the screen.
Now I know you have the motd.txt file, but I would like to have a text ticker.

A text ticker that you can set what you want the ticker to display in a .txt file, with a setting of being able to control how many seconds you want a message to come up, and it would display a line of text that you put in and go down the list.

try mani mod it has a adverts text built in the admin mod you can get it here and this works great get the june 8th version, good luck
