I'm trying to find out wheere the hell to get the microsoft text-to-speech libraries, as they could help out in ut2k4 and on ventrilo. I can' find em =\ anyone help?

They' come with XP and often with programmes that use text to speech that aren't solely for XP. Some programme I bought had them, so I have them on my computer with 98, maybe there's a free programme with text to speech that uses them that you could download.
