Pop that three D into a four D???
[SIZE=2][FONT=Arial Black]In playing the game but I am having problems with seeing definition within textures like a hole in a stone wall. I would like my graphics to really pop. I have a excellent LCD with a pixel refresh of 12ms. I am using the ATI Pro 9800 with 128 MB of RAM but the 3D I think could be better. The video card is ruining at 75 Hz and I am using all the RAM . Now some people see my monitor and the game in action and go wow, but I think something is missing. Could an X800XT or Pro or a nVidia 6800 what ever really Pop that three D into a four D. I am wondering if a high end card would do for me with half life are the graphics there, but I can not see them because I have a OK card. I hear the ASUS V9999 Ultra Deluxe is a wop ass card for a 875 chip set like mine. If you have upgraded from a 9800 to something else and you like it let me know.
