textures not showin up

im good with a doom3 editor but with this im lost. youll probably laugh at me cause of this newbish question, why isnt the textures showin up when i go to apply? it is applyed, when i click on the wall it has that texture but in the camera view it doesnt show. is there a button where you click off to update what youve done for the camera view? thx in advance

check the camera view is in texture mode.

Ok cool thanks man, first day using this thing. That would of probably taken me a hour to find

also keep in mind that I have found that if you use a model texture on a brush it doesnt show up either. It appears as a pitch black tex.
