TF2: White Lines?

I've never had this problem before, but when I played on 2fort earlier, all the "glass" in the level (eg. spawn doors, fire extinguisher case) now have strange white lines through them.

I kept playing, and later found that when I was ontop of the water, the same graphic glitch appeared. As soon as I was in the water, everything returned to normal.

Anyone else getting this?

Happened to me once on Granary, apparently all transparent textures turn into wireframe. It dissapears when I change servers.
