Tga?

is there a folder in hl2 where you view the TGA Like you can do in StarTrekBridgecommander etc?. Example if i wanted the jeep TGA and give a repaint or someting can you or is there a folder some where with all TGA?. Can you open it with paint shop pro?

textures arenet in tga format, they are in vtf. You can view all the textures in hammer.
