I posted recently because I am a noob and was getting me ass kicked.
Well i followed the advice given and I have just had my best game so far (16 kills in 20 rounds)

CS really just requires lots of practice. I recently found some new tactics and have been doing great with them. It used to be normal for me to break even or be slightly on the positive side with my ratio, but now I'm usually always close to 2:1 after playing for an hour or more.
