Wow, just bought myself Unreal Tournament 3 on a whim...and now i cant even take it back.

'Error 1135.The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.'

UT3 erm, came out? Wow. Why is Singapore such a dick country. The major games seem to take 3 months to come...bloddy hell.

And a file in your cd is corrupt. Not your fault. Can you change it?

A lot of games stores in the UK have a no return, or at least, a very strict return policy on PC games. :/

Anyway - not your fault, brand new game with a corrupted install disc. Jot the error down, take it back and ask them to run it. They have to replace your disc.

Yes, and if they don't then give Epic a call and I bet they'll send you another one.

What all they said. Game retailers in the UK, while having a no return policy, it just means you can't get a refund, only a replacement. Thought it only applied to games that required Steam.
