The 10-108= New Xpack Character?

After playing Route Kanal for the second time I noticed something peculiar.When going under the sewage pipes, I heard a group of CPs looking for a 10 108. After waiting a few seconds, they seem to run after something and firing but not at you.

Another thing I noticed is when your in the hideout where you first encounter the manhacks. The refugee says something along the lines of "just be glad you arent the one they are after" Now, we can assume that this person that they are after is important, but they seem not to be after Freeman.

My Conclusion: I suspect that this person, this 10 108, is going to be a very important part in a future expansion pack.

He asumes they are not after you because he dosn't know you're Freeman and he thinks that whoever they're after would not make it that far.

Maybe they are after the G-Man, someone should email Valve for what a 10 108 is in Half-life 2, then they can think of something
I suspect that there is something in the game that clues in, remember, before they knew of you, they were raiding houses, looking for someone, and even after, you could catch them looking for someone else, before you became a problem, a threat to Breen.

I believe 10 108 is the CP code for Civil Disobedience. In the beginning of the game if you throw the pop can at the CP officer he says "possible 10-108 found in sector..."

Everyone knows the freeman...

Theres a good 12-15 people plus combine that dont know you in the very first level.

The only time people learn who you are is when the resistance moves on City 17.. wich is after the manhack part.

Nobody realises you are Freeman untill word gets out about you. No citizen recognises you until you get the airboat.

Well, besides Alyx, Kleiner, Barney and that guy who holds the door for you when the CP's are chasing you outta that apartment block.

Well, even before that... the guy you encounter before you get to the airboat knows that you're indeed Freeman. The Whole Citizen in City 17 will recognize you after that Nova Prospekt mess.
