I have no idea what this is about, but I like it. It reminds me of Half-Life 2's early concepts, Dark City, and other similar French fantasy films.

Haha, those damn voice recognition things. He obviously wasn't speaking in full, frenzied sentences enough for it to pick out the word "operator."

Looks interesting, artistically. The synopsis on that site isn't really giving up much about it:
