Hey...

first of all, Im not showing how great it looks on my pc...

this Thread is just meant to show your best, funniest pics...

so just go ahead, show funnie ragdolls, show amazing shaders... or show some little details that some of you might not have seen...

Oh... You may post Spoiling Screenies here too, if you want too,

but if you do so, tell us, so we know before we open them, allright? :)

So, Im really curious what you guys all got, but as I wrote this thread I will go ahead... lets see if it works :)

The first one... look at those bumpmapping effect! it looks great with fire and flashlight.... great...
The second one... Haha, well, he surely felt what a grenade was like...

I didnt post any spoilers in my screenies

awesome pic of the ant lions...still don't have hl2 myself...i hate uni :(
 
First reactions were good... thx.. so I will continue,

again, no spoilers :)

The first one show some posters, look at that nice one with that hand... oh I like that one.

The second one is a nice wallpaper, nothing special on it, but above, in the clouds, you can put all your symbols and under it, you see HL2 action !

If you would like to have the second pic bigger, just write me a message..

1. Watch that flying dolphin going.... he flies soooo cool..

2. I didnt enjoy Ravenholm as much as the rest of it... Im not the greatest Doom fan.... but this is sooo great... it couldnt be better... nice clouds, buildings everywhere... and only seconds away from being attacked again.. but here it all looks soo peacefull.

Spiffae... nice screenies, I didnt watch the first and the second (didnt end it yet :)) but the other ones surely look cool...

Well... let's see...

Bowling 1 and 2: I found the areas around Water Hazard to be really good for something I call 'Rocket Bowling'. Just spawn a tenpin of combines (or zombies or whatever you like), aim and fire! :naughty:

Oddness: Well... I have no idea how she got that way, but it was really funny to see her just hang from the fence like that.

Does anyone else like to collect supplies? :sniper:

Here is a picture of a stack I got in the "Follow Freeman" level.

While I was stacking all this up, a friendly with a rocket launcher continued to...
1) Rocket scanners near me and knock over my stuff with the splash.
2) Hurt herself with her rocket elsewhere and come take the BOTTOM health pack of my stack.
3) Blow scanner bits into my stuff.

After I got it all set up, I went out and a damn strider came out and scattered my pile all across the whole tunnel. :rolleyes:

And of course there is no need for any supplies in this level, and you drop down a hole you can't get back up shortly... oh well, collecting is it's own reward. Heh.

Reminds me of a barrel stack I did. Let me find the screenies.

EDIT: Har Har. Took a while, but it was fun. Made a quicksave after I had stacked them all and had lots of fun in exploding them in various ways.

oh, this had nothing to do with graphics... I have a Geforce 6800... which is even faster at this level of shader.... The last two ones were made by a friend of mine... but it shouldnt look tooo different from my earlier pics...

but as I mentioned before, its just about the fun...
 
Oh yes, they do blow up.... but not here.... he landed there extactly where he landed with me too, which means that valve wrote it like this... but otherwise, yes, they do explode ;)
