Hi! I would like to make a list of models that the modeling community should make. You know most of this will be made when HL2 is released. I have thought of many and I will post many, but I would like you to add to this list. Lets try to keep it Sci-fi, if you know what I mean. Not alot of glocks and Mp5s, but more like cars and whale and space ships.All models should be made to the public, and I shall help find concept material if need! with a minimum 5000 polys & max.. who cares we got "LOD" plz add bump mapping and all the cool stuff for detail

You're telling modellers to make all their models free to the public and you made a list, wow I guess that totally means that you dont want them.

its one of the half life2 dev team members art sites and in the fourms there was a 500 things to paint thread and it got me thinking

i was just wandering wat u were trying to acheive from it, and wat u thought ppl wud say. the models hav almost no relevance to each other, apart from being either Star Wars, C&C, Star Trek, a load of characters and stuff from other series, and i think i saw a few of the simpsons in there. ppl here r trying to make their models original and for a reason. like the others said wen sayin u wanted them, they thought u were makin a Star Wars, etc mod.

and i dont c y they need to go public.

and by the sounds of it, u dont model. it takes quite a while to model a gun, thats some ppls thing, other ppl like player modellin, (which is a lot, and i mean a lot harder). sorry i just think this thread shud b closed now, before Clay gets flamed again, or other ppl spend another 45 mins of they're precious modellin time reading that giant list.
