A guy basically states that he has proof that aliens do exist, but not only that, have targetted and rendered icbm missiles inert to ensure our safety.

It is basically a press conference with a number of very high ranking people in the US military and civilian companies, stating that they have witnessed ufos and the acts of covering up their existance.

It is quite interesting but long, but parts of it does include details on a faster than light flying saucer that uses an anti-gravity drive, zero point energy systems and a system to make the fly saucers mass equal to zero.

Yes, the Disclosure Project is highly interesting, and has been around for some time now. For anyone who is seriously interested in UFOs and stuff like that, it's definitely worth looking into, although some points may be dubious. But it's great!
