The easter egg of the E3 videos

After playing the HL2 leak I think I have figured out the easter egg Gabe was talking about. It's a possible spoiler, so read no further if you don't want to know.















Remember the uniform Barney wears during the E3 video? Looks remarkably like a Combine uniform

Another thing that I noticed in this beta leak. Gordon seems to have available to him a device that can pick up and 'manipulate' physical objects.

Another candidate for the 'Easter Egg' - Dr Kleiner is mentioned in the manual to HL1.

Also - the guy in the suit at the start of the E3 movie appears to be somehow connected to the guy in the suit in HL1.

Those are the easter eggs, I think.

The leak apperantly shows why Barney is in a combine suit.
But as I really hate spoilers myself, I wont tell anyone here why he is.

Please people, keep all spoilers available in the "beta" away from me and us in the forum.

I always thought the actual easter egg was the reference to the Sept 30th release date, check the speed signs on the baracade vids, all 30.. Obviously that would explain why they wont say anything about the egg anymore, cause it'll just bring up the whole not making it for the 30th
