On San Andreas, you start off on that bicycle mission to follow your housies to Grove Street. Rather than following them I cycled round and got completely lost leading to me restarting the entire game because I had no idea where I was going. :E

The first thing I am going to do in IV is to find the plainest looking car I can (not too fast, not too cumbersome) and get used to these amazing new driving physics.

What are you guys going to do; story? fist rampage? knock people over and watch them get back up? watch TV in your apartment?

Steal a car will certainly be the first thing on my list. :D

I just can't wait to blind fire RPGs from behind my car.

I'll steal a bike and randomly walk around jumping over cars for eight hours.

Then I'll never touch the game again.

Drive about being an innocent citizen.

Yes im serious.

I think I'm probably going to go around pushing random civilians over in hope of getting into a mass brawl on the streets. If I start getting my arse kicked though I'll call the fuzz on them. :p

I'm going to jack a car and just drive around for a bit. Get used to the game and car handling. Once I'm used to it i'll get into some fist fights probably, check out euphoria, then go and get on with a few missions.

Cant wait!

I'm going to jack a car ram it into a cop on the street and steal his 9.mil so I have a gun. Then try to figure out how to lose the wanted rating.

I'm going to start a fight with someone, hide behind a random ped, hope the angry ped accidently hits the random ped. They fight, I call the police and watch the madness.

Also hit a tree at 100mph and fly through the windsheild wooooooo

That was EXACTLY what I was gonna say. I am a sucker for physics, and the Euphoria/Natural Motion looks amazing :D

Also, the idea of calling the police is cool, so I would love to start a massive brawl between NPCs and call to cops.

Get a hooker and get laid.

And yes, Euphoria is awesome, shame that(as far as I can tell from all the leaked gameplay vids out there), they dont make full 100% use of the euphoria engine.

I dunno, it still looks really cool the way people react to certain things like cars or bullets. Like on that .tv website it showed Nicko getting hit by a car lightly. His legs come up as he hits the hood, slips back down but lands on his feet in a crouched position and stands up. Pretty awesome :D

drive around probably, maybe go to some of the stores

Before I start playing "for real", I'm going to drive around a bit and try to trigger the police and get them to chase me for a while. Then I'll get out and sneak around between cars and obstacles to try to take one of their police cars. I'm wondering if it'll let me have the weapons that are supposed to be kept in police cars...

So basically you're going to GET TO THA CHOPPA!

Dunno why I lol'd at this.

As for me... I dunno. Prolly zoom around Liberty City looking for some good radios stations.

Steal a really nice car, take good care of it, do some side missions so I can build up some cash and get some nice clothes. Wanna set my guy up before I start the story.

Going to play out the intro exactly as they tell me, like a good little bitch. I have a feeling that'll be exciting enough, just cruising back and taking in the city, getting used to the driving physics (from what I've seen, you pretty much start in a car).

However, as soon as I get a gun, it's ****ing rampage time. Gonna rack up a 3-star-or-so wanted level and find an indoor environment. Wanna see if it's possible to have a stand-off with cops inside, now that the interiors stream with the open world. :D

It's a shame the entire city ain't opne from the beginning.

Which reminds me, I'll probably grab a truck or something and try to ram my way through to one of the locked parts of the city early on. Once I get some armor and automatic weaponry, that is.

I like it when the rest of the city is closed in GTA games. Gives me something to work towards, and it's always exciting opening up a new area. It's probably better for the story too, seeing as most of the city would be empty until missions popped up in those areas. Though, an open city would be awesome if the story was more like GTA 2's where players could choose which gang they joined.

I'm gonna jack off to my new grand theft auto box. Then I'll play some game.

Cause mayhem and death. And test out the phenomenal Police/star system of course.

I found a motorcycle and gunned it through the barricade that blocks off the bridge to Algonquin - dodged the various NOOSE vans and police on the bridge - shot the gap between the barricade at the end of the bridge - cried out in victory for having made it across into Algonquin with 6 stars - hit the broad side of a taxi at top speed at the first intersection - flew through the air a LONG way - got shot to death while still recovering on the ground - paid $2 for hospital fees :P

EDIT: I had to use a motorcycle because they have concrete barriers that I'm pretty sure you can't push through with any vehicle.

As it is in real life pretty much, at least what I've seen on mythbusters.

once I get the game... I'll probably just walk around and get familiar with the layout of the map, observing the AI and taking it all in. no killing sprees and try and avoid getting in trouble... atleast for the first couple of minutes :-P
