The game keeps crashing!

Yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to start playing Oblivion again, but now it turned out that every other time a loading screen appeared it crashed to windows, and I had to re-start it again. Yesterday, this happened twice every hour or so, but today it happens like every third minute, and not only on loading screens, but in-game too. Please, I need your help

No crash messages, no. The screen just freezes and then suddenly I'm back to Windows and the game is closed.

Here're my specs: RADEON 9600 SE - 2,6 GhZ - 512 MB RAM. I run on pretty low setting, but I've tried the lowest as well, and that didn't make a difference. It should be noted that it did improve slightly yesterday, but it still crash every now and again (like, every 30 minutes).

Might be your problem there. I'm running with OLDblivion though, because then it doesn't go randomly explosive.
