= i can play only games with a latency of 10!!!!!!!
= i can use google talk and xfire

Lucky you, our school has an utterly horrendous network, you'll be lucky to get 2kBp/s even during off-peak. My friend got 70kBps once with a download accelerator though, I have no idea how (I was on the com next to him and my download was at 500 bytes/sec).

My college actually go out of their way to block every game site the possibly can. I went on these forums in college one day in the morning, by the afternoon it had been restricted. You just cant do anything...i swear the it techs sit in the little shitty room, following peoples accounts and blocking every site possible that doesnt resemble school work. Ah. If MB, then good day. I have 8 MB through our cable company and that's pretty cool for me. I usually get downloads of about 1.500 KB or more a second and that gets the job done.
