I figured, newgrounds.com had one, and even though it died horribly, it was an awesome thread.

But I see more hillarious posts here on HL2.net than I ever saw on NG.com.

So basically, if you see a really funny post, either take a screenshot or link to the post. If the post on its own is just funny/interesting, then just take a screen shot of the post for the sake of simplicity. But if the entire thread must be read to realise why the post is funny/interesting, then link to the thread and try to best describe where the post is in it.

For those of you who don't know how to take a screenshot, press the Printscreen key on your keyboard, usually next to f12, then go into your favorite image editing program (for those without to dough for one, paint works for simple stuff) and create a new document that is the same size as your desktop resolution. Now paste the screenshot into the document, and using a lasso or marquee tool of some sort, crop the image so that it's just the post you want showing. Save it and use an image host like imageshack.us to host it.

Anyway, here goes.

The combination of the avatar and post content in this one killed me:

thnx, goddamit, i hear people saying this all the time, but I never ****ing knew what happend to the damn screenies.
 
If you press print screen in DOS your screen literally gets printed out. Gave me quite a shock when I first tried it :P

Actually, now that I think of it, just do what bvasgm did if it's just the single post that was funny.

Oddly though, I was going to suggest that, but every time I tried it the link wouldn't work.

Anyway, to do what he did, just click the little number in the top right hand of the post in question, then copy and paste the address of the page you're sent to.
 
I hope you realized that I was joking with that post you quoted me on, Mr. Sink. :D

I seriously did put caps lock on by accident cuz I was mashing buttons. Then I was like

LOL, I found all that funny, I would put it in my sig but its too much and I like all that funny stuff :(. I dont think its beer..its crack.
