To be honest, it does seem pretty ****ing creepy, I'd be paranoid too. At first I thought they were either looking because they could see the camera, which obviously couldn't be, or because she was just sitting in her car... but nobody stands there telling people to look at someone for 5 minutes at a time just because they're sitting in their car.

To be honest, it only looked like that one guy on the bike was doing anything suspicious. Claiming the cars were in on it is retarded. There is a lot of assumptions shes making, and most of the actions could have several explanations. Could be the guy thought she was watching him, which is why he tells so many people.
