I am aware of other zombie mods being developed at this very moment.
But I can guaranty that this mod will be different, even though I don't know what the other mods are about...

This mod will feature both single- as multiplayer and will use a 100% freedom gameplay, meaning that there will be no objectives in singleplayer, as long as you get to a save spot, your done... There will be different endings!
This mod introduces the new zombies, as seen in the re-make of Dawn of the Dead, so instead of slow zombies making strange sounds as if they were sleep walking, you now have to dea with hundreeds of sprinting zombies screaming like mad!!

We need:
-Coder(s)
-Moddeler(s)
-Skinner(s)
-Mapper(s)
-2D artist(s)

At the moment we have 5 to 7 members in the team.
A site will come soon, so for more information on the multiplayer part and more detailed info on the singleplayer part, head over there when it's up!

But... how can there be an ending to something that has no objectives, hmm?

That's a paradox to think about.

Well... Depending on what you are going to do to get to a save spot, there will be a different ending. So if you go to a militairy base, the ending will be in that base and you'll get a different second level. Do you go to the docks, just like in the movie Dawn of the Dead, then you'll reach some island and you'll have to eliminate every zombie on it with your friends, are you in that militairy base, then you have to go to some walled city, but before the chopper arrives hundreds of zombies attack the base and try to break threw the entrance etc.

These are 2 of the endings that will be able!

You've piqued my interest, but I need to know - are you a real mod team or just another OOOH GUYZ LET LIEK MAEK A MOD FUR HALF LEIF TOO!1

Do you have any models? Solid design document? Plans? Prototype levels?

We ARE a mod team.
I have been planning a lot and the site is almost done.
It's no fancy PHP portal, but it looks cool.

We don't have anything exept for a teaser wallpaper...

Would you like to join?

Not sure, I'll need to wait and see what you have planned, etc.

By process of elimination, Kat is unlikely to be any of the following, as he's requesting them:

-Coder(s)
-Moddeler(s)
-Skinner(s)
-Mapper(s)
-2D artist(s)

So, that leaves Web Designer, Story Writer, Concept Artist, Musician, and...*shudder*...'ideas person'.

And Dark Elf is right. I'm definately holding back on the website until I have some sort of showable, in-game evidence that my mod works.

Personally, I think it's good to have a site and even forums set up long beforehand. Publicizing them, however.......

Personally, I don't think a mod should really be touting themselves until there's something playable. Models and concept art are nice, but it doesn't really mean that the mod is going to go anywhere.

I am a mapper and a n00by skinner, but I can practice on that.
We have 2 moddellers, 3 mappers, 3 skinners, and a 2D artist excluding me. Because most people on the team can do more then just 1 thing, it's a lot easier. Actually we don't need a lot of help, but it would certainly speed things up a bit!
