Playing the Matrix Reloaded not only made me want to cry but confused me aswell as to how it ties in. Could someone inform as to when Ghost/Niobi are doing X what are Trinity/Neo/Morpheous doing. And what happens in the Matrix after the last film, ie the Matrix Online and how does

It doesn't really matter what happens in that game, if they continue the franchise in the form of movies or games (as in ones that take place after the third movie) they're not going to pay attention to whatever happens in that crappy game that no one plays. If they kill him off for real, they'll milk it for all it's worth.
