ive started this thread because i found one today which wasnt in the guide. (which i of course looked at AFTER finishing hl2 )

Spotted him only twice, both on airboat levels.

hes there then just after you drop down into the flood canal at the beginning and climb into the large container with the vortigaunt and the other fella in (start of underground railway) Gman is on the TV u have to be quick to spot it as the vautigaunt stops charging the TV as u jump in the room but i clocked him no escaping me Gdood im gonna chase u everywhere
