The Orange Box (Xbox 360 or PS3) question...

i'm thinkin' about getting an 360 or a PS3 because i bought the Episode Pack for my PC about three months ago, but my computer is too outdated to play Episode Two and i haven't been able to play it yet. i know that it runs through Steam on the computer and i was wondering if i need the internet for any sort of reason to play The Orange Box on one of those two systems. does it have to use Steam on the internet or will it run like Half-Life 2 does for the first Xbox?

You don't need an internet connection to play the console version and it doesn't use steam. However I would recommended using online to play Team Fortress 2 because it's amazing
