...over to Washington.

Much to my disapointment, they aren't going: "DEMOCRACY FOREVER!/NO FREE TRADE!/*insert random evil union slogan here*" while throwing firebombs and trying to take cops heads off with iron sticks.

Ah well, perhaps they'll do it after a few more days. I personally would have liked to hear the news: "Anti-FTA protesters arrested/'neutralized' by SWAT in Washington D.C."

I never understood your problem with protestors who are effected by globalisation who lose their livelihoods and job security. Multi-nation companies control economies all over the planet, its a horrible thing when a company has more power and money than a country and can dictate to the country. People lose jobs and economies die or flourish. Governments let themselves get walked all over. I'm not suprised the people in your country feel they needed to take action. I obviously don't agree with violence, but i've seen police brutality against peaceful protestors, and some violent protestors who don't get heard despite their voice. That must be an awful thing to live through. The goverment you live under will do their utmost to stop protestors in the making, they've done a good job with you. I am happy with you condoning the violence and difference of opinion between you and the protestors, but your idealogy that a police state or totalitarian state is the answer is ridiculous. The world we live in today with highly developed nations (such as Korea) we can do things so much better.

You goonies are the only ones who have ever messed with the White House.

Hahaha.

<3 Stern.

I prefer the phrase: "Anti-Communistic Authoritarianism" than fascism.

"[retribute] Dissent with Punishment, Violence with a hard blow."

They throw bricks at the CPs'/Soldiers heads, burn stuff, ect. And a lot of these protesters are not the ones affected, but the ones that are paid/supported by leftist groups and parties.

Multi-nation companies control economies all over the planet, its a horrible thing when a company has more power and money than a country and can dictate to the country. People lose jobs and economies die or flourish. Governments let themselves get walked all over.

You're right. However, that is not the case in Korea.

I'm not suprised the people in your country feel they needed to take action.

I suppose...

I obviously don't agree with violence, but i've seen police brutality against peaceful protestors, and some violent protestors who don't get heard despite their voice.

I've seen more brutality against police, and almost 0 brutality by police, really.

That must be an awful thing to live through. The goverment you live under will do their utmost to stop protestors in the making, they've done a good job with you.

Not really. They actually pay Non-goverment Organizations. about $500,000 a year.

I am happy with you condoning the violence and difference of opinion between you and the protestors, but your idealogy that a police state or totalitarian state is the answer is ridiculous.

I never said that that was the answer. I said that I would prefer it than this form of 'democracy'.

The world we live in today with highly developed nations (such as Korea) we can do things so much better.

Reply in quote. :)

Did you ever think the reason you haven't see police brutality is because your government won't show those videos >_>

Police brutality not happening in Korea?

...

Huh?

Uh, no.
I see no reason to.
Police brutality not happening in Korea?

...

Huh?

GTFO.

Korea? Do you mean North or South?

Obviously, North more than the South. But it does still happen in South. And I'm getting the funny feeling that this isn't all incited by ravenous protestors.

When multiple corporations move it - it becomes more and more difficult for any one corporation to do what you described. Also, existing power-houses in the country which keep the economy suppressed might have some competition to deal with.

There will always be someone looking for ways to absuse anything; but I think the overall benifit of free trade is much better.

I want to seem some bloodshed. America's pretty boring ATM.

they should be killed. If they protest in any violent way whatso ever :D

because they are dick heads.

I'm all for making yourself heard, but that sort of violence is not cool.

Tbh, if they try that sort of sh*t in America, they'll get their asses handed to them :|

Violent foriegners in our country? lol If they try to pull anything, they might be in for a bit of a surprise. I'd say throw them in Gunatanemo, but that's a sissy prison.
