I finished sorting out my personal website last night, well I say last night when I really mean in the early hours of the morning. :x

Anyway, as well as a blog for all my daily goings on it also provides me with a place to store any essays I write, which I intend to do quite a bit now this site exists. The majority of them are probably going to be about online gaming and although the site is brand new and a bit sparse at this point in time I thought I'd bring it to your attention incase anyone's interested.

Until I get a domain name sorted out it can be found here:

:bounce:

will there be an option where 'fans' can upload their responses or something to your ramblings? would be quite cool to critique the way you live your life.

Yeah there's a comments system on every article so people can insult me, agree with me or just type up their own experiences. click the comments link :)

Well. I just read all of it and well, its a Very interesting read. Thanks for shareing man! :)

Cool, glad people aren't finding it boring :D

Although I think I mucked up the end of the "about me" section ;(

Just comes out of the past to modern day with a splutter then ends a bit too quickly.

I could never do a blog. People would be able to tell it's me right away.

I seriously needed a place where I can talk about what I want in any tone I liked otherwise I'd of probably burst in the near future.

Although I need to put some serious research and thought into the religion one because the way I think about religion at the moment is full of holes and leaves me wide open to flaming.

I see, just thought the articles were almost done since you had the titles for them posted.

Its a great website you have, and what you have written up is extremelly good. I can't wait to see your unique view on religion.

EDIT: Ya writting about religion is damn difficult, you have to really take your time and think about every point you make and how to defend it. Then of course there is the problem that people are extremely touchy about the whole topic. Good luck to you on that one.

Just updated the blog with an interesting read about toilets, suicide and the future. ;)

D33: 2 years ago I wrote an interesting essay, imo, titled "The Roman Catholic Church, Views and Opinions of an Ignorant Jew" (i'm the ignorant jew). I might go through and re write some of it, seeing as I have more knowledge on the subject now. If you want, i wouldn't mind e-mailing it to you for you to read over, just as a possible example of religion stuff you might do.

Its a good read, I totally agree with everything that you said in it. Of course the majority of people that will read it will agree with all the point it makes anyways. You should consider doing something to make others who would disagree read the article. Submit it to some anti-videogame-violence website or something like that.

Well if someone blames computer games in the future I'm hoping my essay will be brought up during any threads talking about it :)

Interesting read, but I don’t agree with you going on the offensive so much about “parents are too fast to judge”. It’s human instinct to point fingers at someone else, and I agree with you that parents ARE responsible; they should have controlled their child better. I mean if you know that your child is mentally challenged, things like movies, games, books, can influence his mind greatly. But saying that it’s not a game fault is false as well. Game did give that needed boost for the person to go on the spree. If it wasn’t a game, it would be a movie, but it WAS a game. Game GAVE an idea to take a sniper rifle and go shot people, just like in GTA3. Saying otherwise is rather foolish. But in the end I agree, generalization is bad, but it is what people will always do, and you know it.

I agree, games have an influence but there's still a choice :/

/me thinks of leaving a nasty comment

There is always a choice, but people sometimes choose a wrong one. Still, it doesn’t free a game from, maybe even small, responsibility.

Yup, which is why I said games can be violent / promote violence and they're an influence
