The right way to play HL2

Well... You should have put some effort in to creating a design with it. How cool wouldn't it be if you could play the game and let others watch from your helm-cam and other cams... You could do tricks and stuff and they'd be watching in your own in-game built TV-rooms :D

Just going off on the thought there.

Hah, that was good. I was expecting some stupid "pro-tip" from someone who's ego is bigger than christmas.
Props.

Dude.... I was just trying to have some fun, not engineering telecommunications systems.
BTW - I did put effort into it... it's not as easy as it looks. You have to use supporters at the back, and weld many sides of the monitors and stuff...

Haha. :D Finally a thread without complaining about problems..:D

1. I'm not "Dude".
2. I was merely saying I would have enjoyed an original design I wasn't trashing what you've done. I loved it :)
3. Never said it was easy...

Nice.. heh. I wouldn't be able to resist knocking that down with a grenade :p

one thing is that the HUD that shows life and ammo and too far away of the centre,IMO that can be a litle anyoing

The quick info on the crosshair will take care of the fact it's that far. Man I wish I had 3 monitors. ;(

sorry im a n00b with jbmod, how do you connect 2 objects together? i know the gravity gun's secondary fire shoots a weird thing but i have no idea what its for

my 9800 pro does. But I run dual monitors and a TV.

Yeah but it looks like it's gotta be the same output type for all three.

There is a map like and its called 'piff',it has a big monitor showing the action and a couple of small ones showing it from some1 else's perspective. Its a great little map.Hers the link

Only the Parhelia can play with 3 screens and still be at a consumer price, i think. The X800 and the 6800 can only do dual screen.

one monitor is the best ... i dont like having little spacers between what i'm looking at ... ( i.e. the sides of the monitors ... ) ... bleh ...
