Every now and then, it's patently obvious that an advert got onto TV without anyone realising that the ad-makers were taking the piss and essentially subverting the product.
For example, that infamous Coke magazine ad where it's easily possible to see a lady sucking, erm... Well, she's not sucking Coke, let's put it that way.

Anyway, I figure it's time we root out some more of these, so post your own thoughts on why certain adverts are taking the piss.

The current Saab advert with "Summer Breeze" as the background music.
The car drives happily through a winter alpine scene, bringing the first flourishes of spring in its wake. Flowers blossom, bears come out of hibernation, temperatures rise, ice melts...
Yes, so that'll be a reference to global warming then. Think about it, people...

EDIT: Link added. No pun intended.

This thread fails to deliver without video clips and or images.

Yes, but that would be shameless advertising, and there's already quite enough of that already.

Cillit Bang. I mean come on, they can't be serious. Can they?

P.S. Love to Barry Scott.

That was sheer, unadulterated genius.

On a somewhat related subject I love Dunkin Donuts new commercials.

They feature people dancing all over the place outside in a town center singing "Doing things is what I LIKE TO DO! Dun Dun Dun I'm slightly more productive than before because DOING THINGS IS WHAT I LIKE TO DO!"
This is tagged by the new slogan: The world runs on Dunkin

I just love the (true) message that nothing would ever happen without caffeine.
