At work today this program seemed to be the center of discussion so I thought I would give it a go. I think its something new on the old BBC and its all about the history of food and what people used to eat back in the day. This episode is about about back in 1660.
The two presenters live the life style for a week to see what it does to their body's and it really dosnt sound like they are going to be to well!

Ha, quick picture, this pot took 2 people to carry and contained no less then 20 different types of meat! It took 2 people to carry it from the kitchen to the dinner table!
