Don't get me wrong I think these are great books but I am on book 4 and begining to think that Robert Jordan is a bit of a perv. He dosn't seem to be able to go 5 chapters without making a woman naked. If there's a test they get naked, if they're captured they get naked, if the Wise Ones have a meeting they get naked. When women fold their arms it's always under their breasts and when they have a thing around their neck it has to be between their breasts. Does anyone agree?

I concur.

Does it get better/worse or stay the same?

Edit: And they always seem to end up in places with even more shocking forms of dress the whole time.

Gets worse, not just in the style, but the books as a whole. Disappointing to say the least, but the first five or so will rock your sh*t.

As to the second part of your post, I honestly don't think women's clothing could possibly get any diaphonous.

Can't really be bothered. If it takes more than 13 books to illustrate a point, I'm not exactly in. The only exception being, of course, Discworld.

Mmm, Discworld. Good call. The length of the WoT books is like thirty-seven of the Discworld series, and nowhere near as entertaining.

hey hey. I have the first 2 books lying around and never touched them. Looks like I better do some reading.

They ARE good. Just be prepared for disappointment after the sixth. Still worth reading though.
