The woman is not moving

Hay all,
I am a new paleyr .... I have a small problem, after i entered a building and got scanned by to people "a man and a female doctor" ... she recognize Dr. freeman and she said she will take him to see another Doctor "old pal for freeman" but she does not move.... And i am stuck. What should i do ??????????

I'm assuming this is right after the airboat stuff.

I think you have to get in the elevator.

Not quite sure though.

were you just scanned with laser and stuff? if so you may have to replay it because it could be a glitch

Start a new game at the Black Mesa East chapter.

or just type restart in the console...

I would get on her back and bang her a few times.

just after she stops talking- F6 and then quickly F9(quicksave and quickload). that should do the trick.
