Ok, starting not too long ago (although I don't remember if it had anything to do with the update...) Every multiplayer game on my Steam list stopped working. I can open the game, select a server, and wait as it loads, but as soon as it get to the "sending client info" part, it just quietly returns me to my desktop. No sounds, no error messages at all.
I updated my direct X, scanned for spyware and viruses, even completely deleted my valve folder and redownloaded all necessary components. None of that has fixed this problem. I'm hoping someone can PLEASE help me... I want to try DoD.
