So, list the specs of the worst pc you own =)
Mine is a toshiba t4800CT
486 75 mhz, 24 mb ram, 500 kb super VGA (i think...), windows 3.1 (I had 98 on it but i ****ed it up, then broke my cd rom drive so i couldnt reinstall it)

The one im using right now..

Pentium III 600 MHZ
320 MB Ram
Geforce 3 Ti
10 Gig Hardrive
_______

Great, huh?

Well, I used to have a really crappy computer, back in 1994 or so... windows 3.1, 4mg RAM (thats right...) some insanely slow (16mhz or somehting) speed... yeah. Crap. I didn't care really, I was 5 and I used it to play wolfenstein 3d, 7 seas of gold, X-com: UFO Defense, and reader rabbit (heh.)

P2 266mhz
64mb ram
voodoo 2

BUT:

500mhz celeron IBM i-series laptop
128mbram
TWO mb gfx card- yes 2mb's.

And ive had things before this that i cant even remember- it was before i even cared about them.

166mhz Pentium
28 MB Ram (where did 4MB go? For the video RAM, duh!)
On-board gfx chip - 4MB

But I remember in my school we found an ancient 1981 IBM PC!! Fully functional!

4 mhz and 16 k ram

We programed it to scroll lines on the screen ...

possibly my Ti-83+ graphing calculator, though I can program a mena RPG on them suckers. We also have a 486, as well as a Commodore 64.

What is a commodore 64, ive always heard about them but i dont know what they are

Pentium 2 450 mhz
128 meg ram
4 gig harddrive
64 meg hercules 4000XT(gfx card)
onboard sound

A pentium 200mhz with a 500 mb bigfoot HD some old mobo and a voodoo 2.

25MHz Apple Macintosh Powerbook 160, 14MB RAM, 40MB HD

That's a laptop, though, my worst PC is..

Pentium 133, 2GB HD, 16MB EDO RAM

386 laptop. It runs on DOS. My worst PC.
Pentium 133, 1GB HD, 4mb vid card, 32 mb RAM. It runs Jedi Knight.

500 Mhz Pentium
Onboard Sound and video
38.8 Baud Modem.
64 Mb Ram
Windows 2000 Pro

I luff it.

My worst working and in use PC is a 650mhz AMD Athlon on an Asus board with 768MB PC100 SDRAM / Radeon 7200 PCI GFX card.
My oldest PC in parts is a Pentium 75mhz with SIMM RAM.

I forgot.. my Amiga 1000 is 7.5 MHZ, 1.0 MB memory.. That was one insane gaming machine back then..

366 celeron
64mb of i dont know crap ram
voodoo 3 pci slot

but hey it was good way back when.

ARGH I CANT HELP IT I HAVE TO SAY IT!!!

Commodore 64 is a very old platform. It was the model previous to Amiga, it used the real floppys (u know floppy disk that can acually go "flop" ?) or analog tapes to store data on. Oh yeah the name 64 comes from it being the first ever 64 bit computer but it was abandoned because there wasnt even any true 32 bit operating systems around yet... =D

If by "worst" you mean lowest spec then my old Acorn 3010:
33MHz ARM CPU (equiv to a 75MHz Pentium I think)
2 MB RAM
1.44 MB Floppy Disk

We didn't need no stinking hard disc in those days! The OS was on ROM, immune to virii and boots in under 5 seconds. Good times.

Toshiba T3200

This 'aint the one with full color screen either, this is the hardcore orange and black, woot.

I got prince of persia installed on it, ah teh memories.

The specs? Hell if I know but maybe I can find one on ebay, I'll do it while I'm posting.

Ok, something like this:

- 17.8 LBS Total Weight
- Two Internal Expansion Slots
- 12 Mhz 80286 Micro-processor
- 40 MB Harddisk
- 720KB 31/2 Diskette Drive
- 1MB Ram (Expands to 4MB Total)
- Built-In Gas Plasma EGA Display
- Monitor Port

Woot.

imagen a day when your current 3 ghz+ comps (for those who have them) are the worst comps u own.

or when that $650 9800 xt u just bought can only be found in a used value computer store.

just something to think about.

Some.... thing... Its like 10 years old. Runs Windows 3.1. Havent touched the thing in 4 years at least so I couldnt nearly give you the specs.

i had an old 1986 mac that when you turned it on, the first thing you would see is a picture of arnold scharweznegger (bad spelling) with a text bubble that said "ill be back" in it. i think that just the fact that it had him on it made it bad. but it recently died and spontanesouly combusted! :sniper:

My worst PC's specs:
Win 98, Win 2000 or Linux Mandrake(forgot the version)
366 MHz AMD K6-2 or something like that
I forgot the memory amount
Integrated graphics of some sort
A Sound Blaster Live! card of some sort, I think

I've had this PC for years. I can hardly remember the components because of a HDD error...I can't even boot any of the 3 OS'es! If only my dad would ship the Win 2000 discs soon enough...he said reinstalling that OS would get things working again.:(

In fact, if I were to network the 2 PCs together, which ISN'T working(it was working for a while when we got a router), the only things that you could possibly play on it were UT & HL. And I only have 1 HL CD-key...

Athlon K-6-2 333Mhz.
32Mb RAM.
8Mb integrated graphics.
3Gb hard drive.
Integrated sound.

And I still use it...hmm. I need a new PC.
Oh, the monitor is really dark. Even on full brightness (don't you dare tell me to turn the brightness up! You think I haven't tried?) it's so dark that the Tiberian Sun night missions are pitch black with little yellow units on a black background. F-22 Lightning 3 is unplayable without nightvision, and Half-Life is pitch black in the dark areas, and the torch has no effect.

that is exactly like what i had.. cept for the ram.. it was 8mb and it wasn't EDO either.. can't remember but it was definitely slower ram.. hehe

My first PC was as follows (approx.)
I traded it off to this guy to use as an MP3 server in the caf he works at :P

366mhz Celeron CPU
64mb SDram (Later added a 128 chip)
4mb S3 Trio 3D card (Later changed to TNT2 32mb, traded for Diablo 2 ^_^;)
Tiny 6GB HDD =/
Same shitty modem I have now >_<
