I, er, um, Am A Newbie!

There, I said it, and it feels good! I just finished the game, and now I'm ready to get my toes wet in the art of map making! I just now downloaded Source SDK, and scanned through one of the first room tutorials! I am really excited by what I've seen here, and can hardly contain myself, it all looks so great! Oh what wonders lie ahead! :bounce: 'Sticks out chest, and breathes through nose noisily, smiling, just like Barney Fife!!!

Sorry to seem mean lol I was new to mapping in half life 2 but it really is easy to make some great looking stuff. I was going to tell you to try to find some of those tutorials (they helped me quite a bit). When you start making maps post back with pics or updates and if you have any mapping questions I might be able to find the answers for you. Good Luck!

looks like a awsome level. would be nice if there was a comrehesive entity guide that had examples and tutorials for ALL entities.

halflife2world has an entity guide but still waiting for all the tutorials.
