There is a fungus among us

Well, this all you need to know:

Fungi cannot make their own food. They have to consume other living or once living organisms.

Lions eat dead organisms or dying organisms.

Parasites feed off the host whiles they are still alive

Decomposers break down dead plants and animals, and most Fungi are decomposers.

A few more deaths in our population WILL help our future.

Huh, sounds like pretty soon there will be no shroom for us to live on this planet.

I was reading this on the livescience.com webpage. i bet its the Russians trying to kill us off

Rot the **** is up with this thread?

Jesus christ, is this really what HL2.net has degenerated to? A news ticker filled with lame puns and sordid Canadian ****s?

This shit turns my brain to mush and makes me want to leave the room.

This thread reminds me, I've been getting hives on my forearms and I find it very hard to breath. I cannot take in a deep breath, very frustrating.

I noticed it's mostly only when I am in my room, so I cleaned the shit out of my room, but it still persists. Going to clean my lizards tank tomorrow, it's humid, maybe that's the cause. However, I am most worried that there is some sort of mold or mildew from a leak in the roof or something.

That's mildly serious, you might consider making an appointment with an ENT.

Also, i demand pictures of said lizard tank.

Allergies are out early this year they said but i blame it on the lack of oxygen on this world and pollution. everything could be dying too and it could be all natural. like a way for the earth to restore itself

edit: today at work some guy started to have a nosebleed randomly. I blame it on him partying too hard but i think he's going to burn out real quick. on a side note, if some crazy fungus really is a culprit, i imagine lots of people will die simply from lifestyle choices

I consider humanity more of a virus then a fungus.
Speak for yourself.

I don't see how you can call humanity a virus but not chimps, or plants. Evidently we are neither of those things, we have evolved from them, to some extent.
