Thermal Paste from Radioshack

I needed some TP so I rode my bike like 2 miles ro Radioshack and back. I got "Silicone Base Heat Sink Compound", and on the way out I stole a TV. Ingredients of TP: polysiloxane and ZnO (zinc oxide). Can I use this for my CPU Heatsink/CPU?

Yikes. I'm not exactly hardcore, but I wouldn't use anything from Radio Shack on vital equipment - I've had bad experience before with Shack products. It'll work (it's just plain ole thermal paste) but for less than five bucks you can get a little syringe of Arctic Silver Ceramique [/Paste if needed] and peace of mind.
