I just gt a USB SATA HD adapter and I didnt know that new drives need to be activated first.
I called the support number on the manual and I only had press 1 once and I was put through like 1 second later and the guy explained everything to me and he was very nice!
my next PSU will be a thermaltake fo sho.:bounce:
