Third Party Games

What other good third party games are there (that i can get today)?
I just played Hidden : Source.

I saw a screenshot from a frend and he had 3 other games in the third party list.

Are there any ones that i can play offline?
e.g. singleplayer or bots (i dont think anything has bots).

I guess there are just few betas which isnt much to play. maybe you should try Garrys mod if you havent yet =)

EDIT: there are a zombie script for cs:s that might be good.
