Getting this whenever I try to launch a Source game. Then on the Steam menu it says updating but stays on 0%. Tried reinstalling some of the games then deleting the .blob file like it suggests on the steam. But no luck :/

Any ideas? This has happened after taking my PC round and playing CSS / HL2DM at a mate's. Was fine there but isn't now I'm back home.
