That's what anti-glare screens are for. You don't just stare at the computer all day long...do you?

To much looking at the computer, go for a ride or something. Also don't sit so close

Stare at something green.
(It sounds weird, but that's what my dad told me to do when I played video games or watched television for a certain amount of time. He says it helps your eyes relax.)

I get eye flciker thingss all the time, it's todo with tiredness. Lots of waters sorts it out so I'm told :) (ty bliink) :)

green eh??

hehe MY CAT IS NOW GREEN!

just dont ask why,

no really, you dont want to know.

what do you mean by "my face and left eye just spasomed"? did they like freeze or something?

XD Freezing would be the opposite of spasming...

I just painted my nails green ^_^
They're so pwitty!

Sit back from the screen. Sit in a well lit room. etc etc.

And i did it cuz its pretty ^_^ :imu:

It means you're not sitting close enough to the computer, and you have too many lights on in your room. Turn off every source of light. If you're unable to turn out the sun, then closing the curtains will suffice...but don't give up on the sun.

I've never had any physical symptoms that I could link to my computer usage. :/
