I dont find this funny . They are actually using young kids to perform terrorist attacts .Someone call the fbi on that kid no joke.

Yea he looks like he sort of grasps what he is doing and before he said no his parents took the picture and posted it somewhere to be remember for the rest of his life.

I don't really think the concept is too funny. It's like dressing up as a Nazi while WW2 is being waged or a member of the KKK while black men and women are being lynched. That being said, I can't get over the stupid expression on his face. I had to chuckle at that.
 
The only way i'd find that funny is if the FBI shot him up, mistaking him for a tango.
