This site needs more moderators...

As I am making this post, some punk ass kid is spamming "cancercock1.jpg" all over the boards... Everyone is (Was soon) powerless to do anything...

Also, the redneck incident in the CSS forum went for a while before a moderator came, all I could do is sit and wiat after reporting...

I am starting to think that these boards have a severe lack of moderators. I am simply requesting more incase another incident like this happens. I don't care who does it, heck, i'd be more than happy to do it myself but this post should be taken into consideration before more children get into deep shit with their parents from seeing stuff like "Cancercock1.jpg" :frown:

It's because most of the mods are like me- from the UK... I think we only have about 2 or 3 US moderators...

let me see, there's Asus, Dedatorv, and... argh why do all the other mods use stupid locations in the Moderators list?

In the "Forum Leaders" list , which I look on from time to time to see who is online / who moderates what, I was wondering if the "location" list could be updated to the actual location of the moderator listed, and not some stupid remark like "under your bed".

The reason for this, is because sometimes members may be more inclined to talk to a moderator of their own country, and also because it helps members to see who is most likely to be online at a certain time.

I'm just wondering if this is possible, because I often wonder how many US moderators we have, and so far I've counted two, plus one under my bed, one who is in his own mind, bliink appears to be in "nuclearland" and Abom is "over there"... Not exactly that useful, seeing as the moderator list is supposed to be the complete list to all the mods.

I was going to PM an admin with this, but then I thought they probally get really annoyed with all the nit picking members whining all the time and picking out really insignificant flaws with the layouts they spent so long preparing... so rather than offending a very busy admin, I'll just post it here, and watch as everyone ignores it :]

We choose moderators based on opinions of the staff - we ask you you - you don't ask us.

Asking to be made moderator pretty much disqualifies you.

So yea, it's not easy, and I'm sure there are mind-altering drugs and fellatio involved...

RJMC would actually be a pretty good moderator, in all seriousness. I support the more moderators thing though, get some that are on at the times all you Europeans are asleep.
