This sticky movement.

What's this sticky movement I'm getting? It's like I'm trying to run through glue at times. Is it server side lag? My rates? Or something else? Mt framerate isn't great, but it's not bad either so I doubt that can be casuing it as it feels more like internet lag than a somewaht low framerate...

I did a quick search but nothing came up, so I assume it isn't a common problem.

try using cl_smooth 0 .. i heard a lot of people who fixed some problems like that from making sure its off
