This was disturbing...

and boy do people love to see disturbing things here! thanks..and yeay! this makes me a happier person

I remember when harlequin babies used to spam the internet like goatse, *******, and rotten.

Most of the forums I've ever been on ban any kind of linking to that stuff, but I'm not sure how that would apply here. It sucks, I guess. But it doesn't phase me any more.

ADDED: "tub.girl" is censored but not "goatse"?

thats sick, im guessing the babies cant survive? (i dont have time to read it)

Oh, it was the first I've seen of it... I kinda posted it as a shock factor but mostly as a medical thing. This is truely sad.

I remember when I was younger I used to visit rotten with friends. After I saw the guy whose face looked like it had literally exploded outwards (I think he did it on his bike) with his tongue hanging down, I never went back.

Good riddance to bad internet sites, that's what my granny always used to say. I said "you know what the internet is?" and she said "no". There is a permanent shadow on the wall where she had that revelation about the interweb.

I'm honestly not sure if they survive, although I think it's clear that if they do, it's not for long.

I've seen videos of one of them moving. :\

I remember that pic as well. I never visited rotten though. I just grew aware of its existence on forums and through friends.

Yea, before I even went to Rotten.com, I've heard about it. So about a month ago I worked up the nerve to go check it out. First pic I saw was a violent Iraqi war pic... this guy's head exploded... uhg, nightmares.

I visited rotten once. I got to the first page. the sections were labelled, I think...
Medical
Accidents
Violent
Pornographic...?

as soon as I saw link to that last page, after looking at the headings of the others, I thought it was best to turn around there and never look back :(.

never seen anything like that baby before. freaky. must suck, sorry.

It says that they only live for maybe a day. Which is a good thing really...
I've only seen slightly worse stuff on Rotten.com, so I guess I'm pretty jaded. I tend to visit Rotten about once a month to see anything new.

BTW: Don't be suprised if they close this thread. They've done it to similar ones.

Bloody morbid curiosity, it'll kill me one of these days.

It gave me a shock the other day. I was on snopes looking for some myths and things, I saw one about a man who impaled himself on a spike 'grisly image warning'....should I? Shouldn't I? Oh well, here goes.....

I got that feeling you get with shock, I had a blocked nose but for a few seconds it was miraculously cleared and I could breath easily.

Anyway, the guy jumped off a freeway (something like that :p) to evade police. They went down to get him. His head was on a spike on a fence, his body on the floor beneath him. There was blood coming out of his neck and it had flowed quite a distance.

After the initial shock, I went back a couple of times to look at the expression on the guys face. Weird.

I remenber I entered to a section of the hospital where they hav deformed embryos(babys when inside the mother) and chopped humans parts that containg rare disease and stuff,it was not a nice look
some embryos looked like frogs

I betcha this spawned quite a few rumors about village women sleeping with the devil back in the day.

Also, happy 1000th post to me!

I can't believe this. What has the internet done to me? I didn't laugh, I find it very sad. But honestly, just staring at the pictures, sipping my coke, I honest to god went "Meh."

A few years ago I would have gotten pale and thrown up.

I agree, the internet makes one hard-gutted, we see a lot of crazy and nasty shit online. These photo's were definately horrific, but not gut busting enough.

That's crazy though... scaly skin... maybe it's a sign showing that we were once relative to like dinosaurs or some shit.

Wow, this kid survived AND became a triathalete.

http://www.10news.com/health/3919722/detail.html

Careful on the slideshow though. It's got his baby pictures :(

EDIT: And you're right. I'm not too phased by this (although I caught myself tearing abit).

EDIT: DAMN YOU GHOST!

I take it you too wikipediad the shit the second you saw it :E

Jesus. The disturbing thing is it looks like some sort of horrid horror movie monster...but it's not. It's just a baby.

Poor kids. And wow, that triathelete guy, well done to him!

I've never visited Rotten. Only seen the homepage on a friends computer once, he didnt go into the site though. I don't plan to go there.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. Didn't read the article in fear of more unnerving pictures

I feel bad for the mothers, giving birth, and then that thing popping out of your birth canal :(

That is truely sad, i feel sorry. Poor babies.

That is some sick sh*t. Why would you even make a website showing that stuff. Its wrong..

So so wrong showing that kinda stuff. And tub-girl is awful too, seriously awful

Surely a man of the interweb wouldn't be phased by *******.

So when'd you start using the internet? Last month?

or some people may just be a little more sensitive about these things.

Bleh, I guess.

But I remember, when I was browsing dead threads on the newgrounds.com bbs, I saw my first goatse. I quickly closed the page, my eyeballs were bulging, and I was huffing and puffing like I had just run 5 miles.

Now, I bet I could just STARE at goatse.

Ok, maybe not goatse, but I know I could stare at *******.

I found goatse hilarious when I first saw it. It latched to me like an infant child latches to a mother's bosom.

My sister has this book about this one expo called "body worlds" (she's majoring in biology, chemisty, etc...) and it shows these horrific photos of human disections, and brains, and cut open bodies, and sick stuff like that, it shows this one pic of a dead pergnant woman cut open showing the baby, i know it's for science, and learning, but hell i had nightmares that night.

and by the way, what was goatse?
i guess i'm glad to have never seen it, don't post a link or anything, just explain it to me...
