Those Nvidia drivers

So I am updating my drivers for my new 8600 GT, and I get a message about it possibly not being compatible with XP. Windows warns me that if I continue installing it, my system may be severely injured.

Is this Microsoft crap and should I install the drivers anyway? I suspect they will fix my Bioshock problems.

EDIT: Oh, and a fast response would be nice, I can't have the install stuck on that message forever.

doesnt that only say that when its not whql certified?
