I've seen that picture before and it really made me wonder: What goes through your mind?

That's a pretty crummy photoshop job too. They just took one hand and mirrored it.

I nearly puke everytime I see *******. Has anyone seen that picture of the weightlifter with the blownout anus on Rotten.com? Much worse than goatse IMO.

Oh.....now I get it. I thought it looked like a vagina when I first looked at it, but with the hands like that it does look like goatse. That's funny.

Ehh, loopback is nothing too disturbing, I mean, maybe it could be a good shock picture like "omg look a penis!!!11" but it's nothing disgusting.

If any of you want to know about some of the pain series heres an explanation to Pain4.jpg:(NOT WORK SAFE TEXT)

Pain4.jpg shows Goatse, *******, Wormeye, a severed head, a picture of a man with his face blown off (Rotten.com's "Motorcycle" picture), a mutilated dead man (Rotten.com's "Customs" picture), a picture of a decapitated head (Rotten.com's "Head" picture), a closeup of a vagina afflicted by an STD, pictures of disfigured penises, a person with an infected foot, a man with an abnormal penis and scrotum, a man missing his penis, and an infected leg missing a toe with worms in place of the toe.
