The blame lies solely on the parents. No ifs or buts about it. And its not funny in the slightest. Its all well and good to tell her to stop eating... but someone is getting her food she isn't just eating the damn furniture. In that age of growing up kids don't know whats healthy for them, relying on my own sense at that age i probably would have eaten cheese burgers and chips day in day out had it not been for my parents controlling my diet and id say it would be the same for anyone that age.
