Timed door opening

Okay i made another nice map and to prevent spawn killing i want this wall in da middle of da room to go down like 8 seconds after the game starts...how???

i also wanna know if thers anyway to give ammo to people when they spawn

put a trigger right in front of them that forces the spawn of ammo that is directly over the trigger.
